Hello, my name is Patrick and welcome to my blog! My culinary journey started at a young age; it all began with my love for eating which in turn led to my passion for cooking.  

 

Over the years I have had the pleasure of making innumerous meals for my family and friends. In 2015, I started an Instagram account, @wongeats, to document my creations. However, I now want to share the recipes behind the photos with the creation of Pinch of Patrick.  

 

My culinary philosophy relies heavily on improvisation because I have never had the attention span to follow a recipe. While I hope you enjoy these recipes just remember you can always adapt and add to them as you see fit! After all, you know your taste buds best.
